This machine is an exclusive novelty, completely different from other volumetric dividers. What’s unique about this machine is that the divider can handle the dough without taking out the gas neither punishing it, just as if they were split by hand or with a hydraulic divider. It is the ideal machine for automatically producing artisan bread, without having to invest in expensive systems of continous division by cutting blades.
